UW-Eau Claire Campus

Be prepared when you take the ACT exam! This 7-week course provides direct instruction in each of the ACT exam’s five subject areas: English, Math, Reading, Scientific Reasoning and Writing.

You will:

  • Take two official, retired ACT exams and receive your score the following week.
  • Write a practice essay that will be reviewed by a faculty member in
    UW-Eau Claire’s English department.
  • Practice sample exercises and interactive skill drills to review key concepts.
  • Learn test-taking strategies, most frequently used question patterns, and scoring methods for each section of the exam.
  • Take home an ACT prep guide which will be yours to keep to study on your own.


Fee

$149.  Fee includes:

  • Classroom instruction in all exam subject areas
  • Two official practice exams including the writing portion
  • An ACT textbook for review and practice

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your registration up to 5 business days before a program’s
start date, and we will refund your payment less a $25 administrative fee. If you cancel fewer than 5 business days prior to the program start date, no refund will be given. Full refund will be given if a program is cancelled or filled. You may substitute another person for your registration at any time.
