Transfers/Cancellations:
To receive a full refund, you must cancel no later than five business days prior to the start of the program. Cancellations after this time will receive a refund, less a $25 administrative fee. Substitutions may be made at any time. Just call the Continuing Education office (715-836-5811 or 1-800-582-5182) and we will take care of everything. If you no show or cancel the day of the program, you are responsible for the full program fee. Walk-ins are welcome—please call 24 hours ahead to ensure space availability. If you transfer to another small business seminar, a $25 transfer fee is applied to each transfer.
Participants will receive .35 Continuing Education Units for each workshop attended.
