The large and growing market of people with disabilities has $175 billion in
discretionary spending, according to the U.S. Department of Labor.
More than
one in six people in this country are potential customers for businesses that are
accessible to people with disabilities.” -

Gain a reputation for accessibility!
As our population ages the rate of people living with disabilities is increasing. More and more businesses
and organizations deal with customers and clients with disabilities, yet most of us have no formal training
about how to do so. We are aware of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) but are uncertain how to apply
the laws and deal with client or customer disability situations.
This workshop provides the opportunity to talk about sensitive accessibility issues in a comfortable and interactive setting. You will learn how to deal more effectively and appropriately with the nearly 15% of our population who has a disability. Leave the seminar with good business practices you can put to use immediately.
