Negotiation is a daily must-do for business professionals but, it is a must-do that is often feared, even avoided, and generally misunderstood. This session will provide attendees with the skills and techniques they need to overcome these fears and achieve success in any negotiation situation.
- Identify their own “hot buttons” and apply techniques to control their emotions

Negotiation doesn’t have to be a “dirty word.” This program will help attendees master the techniques needed to systematically achieve satisfying agreements for all parties. This session will provide both the strategies and techniques, as well as the opportunity to practice new skills in a supportive environment.
