How to Earn Your Certificate


6 days of core classes + 6 days of of electives = Your Certificate

  • Complete three mandatory core seminars (2-day programs) addressing the most critical supervisory skills.
  • Select and complete 6 days of elective seminars (choosing 1 OR 2-day programs) from a roster of topics designed to enhance specific skills that build on the core seminar competencies.
  • Each 2-day seminar earns you 1.3 Continuing Education Units (CEUs);
    each 1-day seminar earns you 0.65 CEUs.
  • A total of 7.8 CEUs is required to earn your certificate.
  • Take up to five years to complete the program.

Any seminar may be taken BY ITSELF,
or as part

of the Supervisory Management Certificate Program.
