Presenter

Nick Smiar, PhD, is a Professor of Social Work at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, with special interests in ethics, social welfare policy, and international social work, among others. An experienced educator and presenter, both locally and internationally, Nick brings both insight and humor to his presentations.

Gary R. Schoener is a Licensed Psychologist, Organizational Consultant, and Executive Director of the Walk-In Counseling Center, Minneapolis. Gary has consulted in more than 3,000 cases of professional misconduct and has done training throughout the United States and  internationally.  He also maintains a part-time practice in forensic psychology.

Ardyth Krause, PhD, is an Asst Professor of Social Work at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.  As a presenter, she brings a unique perspective based on her research and experience working with persons with disabilities, and as the former administrator of a university program housed in a women's correctional facility.

Fee

Four Hour Program - $89 price includes instruction, course materials, and refreshments

Six Hour Program - $159 price includes instruction, course materials, lunch, and refreshments

Transfers / Cancellations:
Refunds, minus a $35 registration fee, will be given for cancellations received at least 10 business days before the start of the program.  There will be no refund for cancellations received within 9 business days of the program.  A $35 fee will be assessed for changing program.
