Do you have some basic drawing know-how, but would like to expand upon your skills? If so, this class is for you! Topics to be covered include a brief introduction to past masters and contemporary artists, a more in depth exploration of drawing tools and their many uses, as well as an emphasis on learning new ways of seeing and approaching compositions in general.
Through instructor demonstrations and hands-on learning, you will gain insight into a variety of drawing styles including still life, figure drawing, landscapes, and drawing animals. Ultimately, the primary goal of the course is to provide beginners (who already have some drawing experience) an opportunity to develop confidence and refine their fundamental skills further in a relaxed learning environment with a highly supportive instructor.
