UW-Eau Claire is participating in a UW System campus climate initiative designed to measure perceptions and experiences of campus community members regarding campus climate. "Campus climate" refers to the attitudes, behaviors, and standards of employees and students regarding the access for, inclusion of and respect for individual and group needs, abilities and potential.

UW-Eau Claire students, faculty and staff took the Campus Climate Survey during October 2009. The survey results will be available in spring 2009 and will assist us in identifying strengths and challenges as we continue our efforts to make UW-Eau Claire welcoming and inclusive for all.
