The College of Arts and Sciences offers undergraduate programs leading to the degrees of Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Fine Arts, and Bachelor of Music. For a student with a strong academic record, the University-wide Honors Program provides an extra measure of challenge and enrichment. Pre-professional programs are available that prepare a student for entrance into a professional degree program; these range from one to two years of study to the completion of a Bachelor's degree at UW-Eau Claire. For some students, the Associate Degree might be appropriate (see University Catalogue); it certifies a student as having satisfactorily completed one-half of the number of credits for a baccalaureate program.
The College also offers graduate programs leading to the degrees of Master of Arts in English, and Master of Arts in History.
The University's Center for International Education offers study abroad opportunities through more than 25 programs in multiple countries around the world. Outreach programs also are available through the Continuing Education office; programs are developed through a variety of departments to meet people's lifelong learning needs.
