What is Patty Practice? Patty Practice and Career Services has teamed up with Interview Stream to provide you with a great tool to get real interview experience and to be able to look back and analyze how you performed. 

• Patty Practice helps you practice your interviewing skills in a non-threatening environment.
• Afterwards, you can watch and critique yourself during that interview from ANY computer with an internet connection!
• You can schedule an appointment in Career Services to receive feedback on your questions and your body language.
• Whether you have low, shaky, or high confidence regarding interviews, Interview Stream will help you sharpen and perfect your interviewing skills, which will ultimately lead to you rising above other candidates for a future job position.

To use Patty Practice

• Go to InterviewStream/Patty Practice.
• If you have registered before, login with your username and password in the upper right corner.
• If you have never registered, click JOIN HERE, complete short profile and choose your own username and password.
• Schedule a virtual interview (conducted in our office, Schofield 230)
• On the day of your apppointment, arrive at Career Services 10 minutes early.
• If you have already registered with InterviewStream prior to the interview, please log in using that information.  If you have not registered, please choose the “New User” option.
• Choose the questions the interviewer will ask.
• Adjust the webcam on top and volume on the right side of the computer screen before beginning the interview.
• The interviewer will ask you a question and you can then respond.  When finished with your response, click the mouse and it will stop recording.
• After each question, you can either “Retry” the response, “Skip” and come back to the question, “Review” to see your response, or choose “OK” to move on.
• When the interview is complete, you will receive an email with a link to view your responses.
• Schedule an appointment with a career counselor to receive feed back. You call 836-5358 to schedule the appointment.
