Parking & Unloading the Day of the Fair
8 to 10 A.M.: Students will assist you with unloading.
3 to 4 P.M.: Students are available to assist representatives with bringing their materials back to their cars.
Transportation and Parking
Parking will be behind Zorn Arena in a parking lot on a first come first serve basis. Parking attendants will be passing out permits at the entrance to the lot. Permits must be visible on your dashboard to assure you will not be ticketed the day of the event. Due to limited spaces we ask that you car pool. Once the parking lot fills up, employers will be asked to park across the bridge and will be shuttled to the venue.
Students will be available beginning at 7:30 a.m. to help you unload from the parking lot. They will be available again after the event.

Directions to UW-Eau Claire Davies Center
The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire is located near downtown Eau Claire on Garfield Avenue. The directions below will guide you to the UW-Eau Claire's Zorn Arena Parking located on lower campus.
From Hwy. 53 north or south:
Take exit #87 off of Hwy. 53 onto Clairemont Ave. (Hwy. 12) and go west. Turn left on Patton St. Take a quick right onto Lexington Blvd. Turn right on State St. (down hill). Turn left on Roosevelt Ave. (at bottom of hill). Turn right on Park Ave. and Zorn Lot will be on your left before the Children's Center and near Schneider Hall. Follow the yellow Internship Mania Signs.
From the south on Hwy. 93:
Take Hwy. 53 north and take exit #87 off of Hwy. 53 onto Clairemont Ave. (Hwy. 12) and go west. Turn left on Patton St. Take a quick right onto Lexington Blvd. Turn right on State St. (down hill). Turn left on Roosevelt Ave. (at bottom of hill). Turn right on Park Ave. and Zorn Lot will be on your left before the Children's Center and near Schneider Hall. I-94 from the west: Exit Interstate 94 at Hwy. 37 (exit #65) and turn right. Continue until you reach Clairemont Ave. (Hwy. 12) and turn right onto Clairemont. Turn right on Patton St. Take a quick right onto Lexington Blvd. Turn right on State St. (down hill). Turn left on Roosevelt Ave. (at bottom of hill). Turn right on Park Ave. and Zorn Lot will be on your left before the Children's Center and near Schneider Hall. Follow the yellow Internship Mania Signs.
I-94 from the east:
Exit Interstate 94 at Hwy. 53 (exit #70) and follow Hwy. 53 north. Take exit #87 off of Hwy. 53 onto Clairemont Ave. (Hwy. 12) and turn left (to head west). Turn left on Patton St. Take a quick right onto Lexington Blvd. Turn right on State St. (down hill). Turn left on Roosevelt Ave. (at bottom of hill). Please allow yourself a minimum of 30 minutes for parking and getting checked in to the event.
Shipping Materials and Equipment Ahead of Time
If you prefer to ship materials to UW-Eau Claire prior to the event, please plan to have them arrive no earlier than a week prior to the event. Be sure that your organization's name is prominently displayed on every package. Your parcels will be waiting for you at the event when you arrive.
If you would like them shipped back after the event, you must have the proper forms and labels completed. In addition, you must contact your shipping company to pick up your items at the Career Services table outside the Council Fire Room of Davies Center by 3:30 p.m. Career Services will not be responsible for these packages.
