Parking & Unloading the Day of the Fair

8:30 to 10:00 A.M: Representatives will park in the Zorn Arena parking lot and students will assist unloading cars.

Directions to UW-Eau Claire

The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire is located near downtown Eau Claire on Garfield Avenue. The directions below will guide you to the UW-Eau Claire's Davies Center, located on lower campus.

From Hwy. 53 North or South:
Exit Hwy. 53 onto Clairemont Ave. (Hwy 12) and go West. Turn left on Patton St. Take a quick right onto Lexington Blvd. Turn right on State St. (down hill). Turn left on Roosevelt Ave. (at bottom of hill). Turn right on Park and watch for signs to Zorn Lot.

1-94 from the West:
Exit Interstate 94 at Hwy 37 (exit #65) and turn right. At first stoplight, turn right onto Hamilton Ave. (by US Bank). Turn left on State St. Turn left on Roosevelt Ave. (at bottom of hill). Turn right on Park and watch for signs to Zorn Lot.

I-94 from the East:
Exit Interstate 94 at Hwy. 93 (exit #68) and turn right. Turn left at Golf Road and follow for 1.8 miles. Turn right on State Street. Turn left on Roosevelt Avenue (at bottom of hill). Turn right on Park and watch for signs to Zorn Lot.

Shipping Materials and Equipment Ahead of Time

If you prefer to ship materials to UW-Eau Claire prior to the event, please plan to have them arrive no earlier than a week prior to the event. Be sure that your school's name is prominently displayed on every package. Your parcels will be waiting for you at the event when you arrive. If you would like them shipped back after the event, you must be ready with all the proper forms and labels completed before you leave for the day.
