How does it work?
Unlike newspaper or Web employment postings, Tapping into Excellence reaches a targeted audience of potential job applicants with backgrounds related to the position you want to fill. No more fielding applications from unqualified candidates!

It's easy to use Tapping into Excellence for your recruiting needs. Here's all you do:

• Let us know the years of experience and educational background of UW-Eau Claire alumni you'd like to notify about your employment opportunity.
• Provide a position description and include your organization's contact information.

UW-Eau Claire staff will prepare a mailing list of all alumni with the attributes you designate, duplicate your position description and mail your materials, along with our own cover letter, to those on the list. Alumni who have an interest in your position will contact you directly.
