Each residence hall has its own personality. Whether you like it quiet or want more of a social atmosphere, you can find your fit.

Bridgman Hall, located on upper campus, is home to approximately 250 men and women. Conveniently located and full of events, Bridgman always has something exciting going on! But don't let the social events fool you - as home of the Honors Living/Learning Community, these students are serious about their studies and their fun.

About 324 students call Chancellors Hall home. As one of the newer residence halls on upper campus, Chancellors offers a four-bedroom units with common living space, giving you more of a grown-up apartment-like experience without the hassle of shoveling snow or mowing the lawn. Chancellors houses upperclassmen only.

Putnam keeps their residents social by organizing several events throughout the year, and is a popular choice among students involved in music programs.

In addition to living on campus, UW-Eau Claire also provides options for off-campus housing. We guarantee student housing for every incoming student who wants it. We have partnerships with hotels adjacent to campus to lease discrete wings of their facilities and convert them into residence halls, complete with Resident Assistants and student programming and policies that contribute to academic success.

Living in the residence halls is great! There are so many of your friends close by. And the food is MUCH better than at high school cafeterias.
