Chicago/Minneapolis Travel

Chief Business Officers,

We have received a number of questions regarding whether our advice from last February is still pertinent with respect to travel to Chicago and Minneapolis.  As before, institutions may exempt travel to Chicago and Minneapolis from the Chancellor or designee pre-approval process.  These expenditures should still be coded to out-of-state travel.

We apologize for not clarifying this in the earlier correspondence and hope it has not caused too much confusion.
