Refund/Overpayment/Repayment Policy
HOURS: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
If your payments exceeds your University charges, refund checks can be generated when you present your University ID at the Cashier Windows, Schofield 108. All students taking courses on campus will be expected to pick up their refund check in person. If you are studying in an off campus program, please contact the Business Office to make arrangements for fee payment and financial aid disbursement.
All grants, scholarships, and Perkins and Ford Direct Loans will be directly credited to your student account.
