Pledge Board of Directors

President - Responsible for conducting the meetings each week.  He/She works most directly with Pledge Chair.  He/She should set a good example for fellow pledges and conduct their business in a way that reflects the organization in a positive manner.  He/She must choose one committee in particular to be a part of and keep VP informed on their progress. 

VP - Responsible for overseeing all committees and conducting meetings in the event that the President is unable to attend.  This board member is responsible for enforcing committee deadlines and dealing directly with committee chairs. 

Treasurer - Responsible for collecting all dues from pledges and transferring them to the current BUS treasurer.  He/She must also work with both Fund Raising and Social to properly price clothing, etc. and determine estimated costs for end of the year party.  ***He/She must choose one committee in particular to be a part of and keep VP informed on their progress. (Preferably Fund Raising or Social)

Secretary - Keep proper records of attendance, current balances, and dates for pledge events.  He/She must report any attendance problems to the current BUS Secretary and compile a list of pledges not meeting requirements at the end of the semester for the BUS Secretary.  ***He/She must choose one committee in particular to be a part of and keep VP informed on their progress.
