The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Brass Congress is very excited to announce it's first Trumpet Conference to be held on October 3 and 4 in the UW-Eau Claire Fine Arts building. The conference will feature three of the world's foremost performers/pedagogues. Mr.William Adam, retired trumpet professor at Indiana University and considered by many, to be one of the premier trumpet pedagogues of this century, will be joined by two former students representing commercial and orchestra trumpet playing. Charley Davis, a prominent commercial and studio trumpet player in Los Angeles and Bob Platt, trumpet of the Berlin Philharmonic, will, along with Mr. Adam, conduct master classes, participate in panel discussions, and perform in concerts with students and ensembles. Hope these dates work out on your calendar and you are able to join us for this event.

While visiting the conference we hope you will take some time out to explore one of the five lakes that surround the town. UW-Eau Claire is located within some of the most beautiful north woods scenery in the United States, sitting on the banks of the Chippewa River and is touted as "Wisconsin's Most Beautiful Campus."
