Merchandise Return Policy

Merchandise other than purchase course books may be returned at any time with a valid sales receipt. If a receipt is not presented, a merchandise credit will be issued for the item's current sales price.

Cash back on merchandise credits will not exceed $10. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

These materials are not returnable: custom course materials, outlines, study guides, solutions manuals, lab manuals, magazines, prepaid phone cards and unwrapped computer items.
