Lost, Stolen or Damaged Blugold Cards

If you are sure that your card is lost or has been stolen, use your online account access to lock your accounts until a new card is issued to you.

The university is not responsible for misuse of your ID from the time it is lost to the time it is reported lost or stolen

If you have chosen to use the Blugold Card as a debit/check card through the university’s partnership with U.S.Bank, call 800.USBANKS (800-872-2657) immediately if your card is missing.

Blugold Cards that are damaged beyond normal wear must be replaced at the card holder’s expense.

Legal Notice

Blugold Cards are non-transferable, and misuse will result in forfeiture. Blugold Card holders may not loan their cards to others. The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire will not be responsible for lost or stolen Blugold Cards, or any meal plan deductions made between the time the Blugold Card was lost and the time it is reported lost or stolen to the Blugold Card Office.

Lost Blugold Cards may be replaced for a fee of $10. Picture identification is required. Once a Blugold Card is replaced, any previous cards will be obsolete and should be returned to the Blugold Card Office.
