Assistant Volleyball Coach - Justin Wilke

Justin Wilke enters his third season as a student assistant coach for the Blugolds. Wilke is also a member of the men's volleyball club team at UWEC, where he is team captain and president.

A native of Milwaukee, Wilke was a first team All-Conference selection as a middle hitter for the club team in 2006 and 2007. In his four years as a Blugold, the club team has not fallen out of the top ten in the national rankings. In 2007 he was named NIRSA Division II All-American 2nd Team and helped lead the Blugolds to a 3rd place finish at the NIRSA Nationals, tieing the highest finish in school history.

Wilke has coached at the Altoona Volleyball Club the last three years and at the Eau Claire Air Volleyball Club in 2005-06. Wilke was the eighth grade head volleyball coach at Altoona Middle School in the fall of 2005 and C-team head coach at Altoona High School in 2006.

Wilke, a senior at UW-Eau Claire, is a computer science major.
