OSHKOSH SOFTBALL HIT WITH FOOD POISONING...GAMES POSTPONED

UW-Eau Claire’s scheduled softball doubleheader with UW-Oshkosh Saturday has been postponed because the Titan softball team picked up food poisoning on a recent trip.

No date has been set at this time for the twin bill to be made up.

The Blugolds’ next scheduled competition will be a makeup doubleheader with UW-Superior Monday. The first game of that twin bill will begin at 3 p.m. at Gelein Field in Carson Park.

The Blugolds are 20-8 for the season and 3-3 in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference as they battle for a fourth consecutive regular season league title. The Blugolds are ranked No. 13 in the most recent NFCA Division III poll.
