SOCCER SETS BLUGOLD BUDDIES PROGRAM

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – The UW-Eau Claire women’s soccer team will put on a Blugold Buddies clinic on Friday, March 7 at 6 p.m., head coach Sean Yengo recently announced.

The two-hour clinic is intended for children ages five through 12. The clinic will take place at UW-Eau Claire’s Ade Olson Addition indoor facility. Registration can be done online at http://www.uwec.edu/athletics/general/camps/register.htm or by showing up the day of the event. Onsite registration will take place on the upper level on the track. The cost is $10 per youth. The camp will be limited to 120 participants, so early registration is recommended. All participants are asked to bring their own soccer ball, sneakers, shin guards, and their AYSO game jersey (if possible).

The clinic will be directed by the Blugold women’s coaching staff of head coach Sean Yengo and assistants Kimamo Wahome and Tim Shiell, as well as the players on the 2007 Blugold roster.
