Time: 
Field events starting at 11am and running events starting at 12pm
Scratches:
All scratches are to be made at the finish tent as soon as arriving at the meet.
Additions:
Scratches only the day of the meet.  No additions.
Entry:

Entries will be done online at www.pttiming.com , starting Monday April 9th  and will close at 5pm Wednesday April 11th.  Heat sheets will be posted by the end of the day on Thursday April 12th at the above website.
$150.00 per team/ $5.00 per athlete/$300.00 per men’s and women’s teams.
Team packets and entry fees should be paid at the finish line tent as soon as arriving at the meet.

Facility:
The track is 9-lane polyurethane surface.  The long/triple jump and pole vault are located outside (East) the track on the backstretch.  The high jump is inside the North end or the track. The shot put is inside the South end of the track.  Hammer, discus, and javelin (thrown off of grass) are outside the fence on the East field outside the fence.
Spikes:
Spikes may be a maximum of ¼ inch pyramid.  This applies for both running and field events.
Timing:
All races will use fully automatic timing with Finish Lynx.
Implements:
Weighed and inspected prior to competition per 2007 NCAA regulations inside the shed on the West side of the track.
Results:
Available immediately after the competition at UW-Eau Claire or off the website www.uwec.edu  athletics homepage and www.pttiming.com
Scoring:
Team scoring will not be kept for the meet.
Entries:
Unlimited.  Honesty appreciated for seeding purposes.  Fully Automatic Times/Field events in Metric.
Field Events:
Long/Triple, Shot, Discus, Hammer and Javelin-3 attempts trials with top 9 going to finals where an additional 3 attempts will be given.  High Jump and Pole Vault will use 5 alive up to 6 competitors when they will be called in order as per 2007 NCAA rules.  A minimum mark line may be used for the hammer, discus, shot and javelin, depending on number of entries.  Each athlete will be given one mark and then will only have distances measured if greater than the scratch line.
Pole Vault:
Opening height and other rulings will be decided after the number of competitors have been determined based upon time restrictions.
