Competing in two different events this week for the Blugolds, Wendt finished in the top 10 individually in each tournament. In the Bobby Krig Invitational early in the week, Wendt took sixth in the three-round tournament with a +9, 221 stroke finish. Over the weekend in the Oak Hill Tournament in New York, Wendt took eighth place. He finished with 110 strokes, three above par. Wendt shot 72 on day one and 38 on day two, as the tournament was cut short on the second day because of the weather.

Ziemann led Eau Claire this week in the Blugolds’ spring opener. He tied for third place with a 71 on the par-72 Whitetail Golf Course in Colfax.
