BLUGOLD LUNCHEONS TO CONTINUE DURING 2007-08 SEASON

EAU CLAIRE – For the second year in a row, Blugold coaches from football, basketball, hockey and softball will hold weekly Blugold Luncheons, where they will discuss different aspects of the current season.

All Blugold Luncheons will take place in the either the Wisconsin Room or Rosewood Room of the Quality Inn (see attached schedule) and will be catered by Mancino's. The cost for attendees is $6 per week and includes a sandwich, cookie and beverage. No advance registration is necessary.

Head Football Coach Todd Glaser will kick off the new season with the 1st and 10 Luncheons. They will begin August 28 and continue every Tuesday until November 6, with one event occurring on September 19 (Wednesday) instead of September 18.

Beginning November 13, Blugold basketball coaches Tonja Englund and Terry Gibbons and hockey coaches Mike Collins and Luke Strand will hold the Court N’ Rink Luncheons. These luncheons will take place every Tuesday from November 13 to February 26, except during the semester break (December 18, 25 and January 1).

And finally, Head Softball Coach Leslie Huntington will hold two Steal N' Score Luncheons on March 26 and April 29.
