WOMEN'S GOLF, TRACK CANCELLED
Cold weather has caused the cancellation of the Wartburg Invitational women’s golf tournament and the UW-River Falls Falcon Invitational track meet in which UW-Eau Claire was to have participated this weekend. Neither of the meets will be made up. The Blugold track teams were also scheduled to participate in the UW-Oshkosh Invite and that meet has been postponed until next Wednesday. As a result, the Blugolds will be unable to participate in that meet either. They will host their open Blugold Open next Saturday (April 14). The men’s tennis team will host Hamline University in an indoor meet Friday. The meet will start at 3 p.m. in the Ade Olson Addition of the McPhee Phy Ed Center. The women’s tennis team will compete in the 11-team Midwest Invitational Friday and Saturday in Madison.- TP -
