DICIAULA NAMED WIAC SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK

MADISON - UW-Eau Claire placekicker Nick Diciaula (Sr.-Brookfield/Central) was named the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Special Teams Player of the Week, it was announced today by conference sports information director Matt Stanek.

Diciaula had a solid game for the Blugolds in a season-opening 52-20 win over Augsburg (Minn.) at Carson Park. He was seven-for-seven in extra point attempts and also converted on a 29-yard field goal opportunity in the second quarter.
