EAU CLAIRE - UW-Eau Claire head volleyball coach Lisa Herb has announced her retirement from coaching after 22 seasons at Eau Claire and 28 seasons overall as a head coach, Director of Athletics Scott Kilgallon announced today.

DELAWARE, OH – UW-Eau Claire volleyball libero Shanna Berger (Sr.-Baldwin/Baldwin-Wallace) has been named to the second team College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA)/ESPN the Magazine Academic Women’s Volleyball All-American College Division, it was announced by Mark Beckenbach, vice chair of the Academic All-America Committee.

EAU CLAIRE – For the second consecutive night the UW-Eau Claire volleyball team needed five games as they defeated No.3-ranked Concordia-Moorhead (MN) 15-9 in the fifth game to advance to the NCAA Division III Women’s Volleyball Midwest Regional Final for the second consecutive year.

EAU CLAIRE - The seventh-ranked UW-Eau Claire volleyball team needed five games and then some to defeat No. 8 Carthage College 3-2, winning the fifth game 17-15 in the first round of the NCAA Division III Women's Volleyball Midwest Regional in the McPhee Physical Education Center.

MADISON – The UW-Eau Claire women’s volleyball team was rewarded for its first conference championship since 1987 with the announcement of the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) All-Conference Team by conference sports information director Matt Stanek.

EAU CLAIRE – The fifth-ranked UW-Eau Claire volleyball team fell behind early against No. 10 UW-Whitewater tonight and ended up losing in four games as the Warhawks claimed their seventh Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Tournament title in the last 10 years.
