SOFTBALL FACES TWO MORE POSTPONEMENTS

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – The UW-Eau Claire softball team will have to wait a while longer to continue its season as two Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference doubleheaders scheduled for this week have been postponed.

The Blugolds’ home opener against UW-Stout slated for 3 p.m. April 1 has been postponed due poor field conditions. A makeup date of April 8 at 3 p.m. on Hobbs Field at Carson Park (Eau Claire) has been scheduled.

Eau Claire’s doubleheader scheduled for this Thursday at Superior has also been postponed. However, a makeup date of April 22 at 3 p.m. has been set.

Any updates will be posted on the UW-Eau Claire Athletics web site.
