MORRIS TAKES FOURTH ON BEAM AT NATIONALS

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - UW-Eau Claire gymnast Lynn Morris (So.-Monticello, IN/Twin Lakes) repeated as an All-American on the balance beam, claiming fourth place with a score of 19.175 here today at the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association Nationals for individual competition.

Morris posted a score of 9.525 on the beam yesterday to qualify for today's competition and scored a 9.650 today for the 19.175 mark.

The top six performers in each event earn All-American status. Morris won the beam competition at last season's nationals, scoring a 19.100.
