F. Approval of the Assessment Plan

The Plan for Assessment of Student Academic Achievement has been reviewed, refined, and approved by both the University governance structure and the University Administration. On April 25, 1995, the University Senate Academic Policies Committee unanimously approved the Plan and forwarded it to the full University Senate for its review and recommendation. On May 2, 1995, the University Senate unanimously approved the plan and recommended approval to the Chancellor. Chancellor Larry Schnack approved and authorized implementation on May 10, 1995. rev. 2/13/97
