The training sessions are PAID and count toward earning a CRLA Tutoring Certificate and pay raise. All tutors are encouraged to attend. If you cannot attend one or more sessions, please let your supervisor know.
These training sessions are provided to help tutors enhance their tutoring skills and make their tutoring sessions more successful. The training is part of the CRLA (College Reading and Learning Association) certified training program offered by the Academic Skills Center. Completion of the program will lead to a pay raise.
The following training assignments are available to do individually if you are not able to attend the group training sessions. When you complete an assignment, record your time on your pay sheet and e-mail the amount of time you spent to Kim Vlcek at vlcekkr@uwec.edu .
