About the ASC
The Academic Skills Center is a resource for students needing individual tutoring to enhance learning strategies and skills in mathematics, reading, and study skills. Group tutoring is also available for selected entry-level foreign language and science courses. An English as a second language program is available for permanent resident students.
Diagnostic evaluation is available in mathematics, reading, study strategies, test anxiety, and English as a second language.

Study Tip...
By now many students have taken at least one exam. Others have midterms coming up fairly soon. Sometimes students have trouble with objective exams such as multiple choice, true/false, fill-in-the-blank or matching questions.
