Students have access to modern equipment for sculpture and for all print media including serigraphy, lithography, intaglio, relief processes, and photography. There are also well-equipped facilities for computer-aided design. Available as well to students is the Foster Gallery where works by major artists along with faculty and student artwork are displayed.

Students in the graphic design emphases recieve training in designing and creating art through computers. The computer graphics lab provides an opportunity for students to integrate computers into other studio areas as well. The lab incorporates an Apple Laser II NT Printer with Macintosh II computers for graphic design and computer imaging. Popular software such as Adobe Photoshop, Quark Express, and Adobe Illustrator are used for graphic design, page layout, electronic imaging, drafting, painting, and drawing.
