Sculpture allows students to process ideas into expressive,
well-crafted pieces of three dimensional art. Metal fabrication, bronze and
aluminum casting, woodworking, applications of clay and plaster and mixed media
are explored in an environment where instruction in basic sculptural techniques
is provided. Experimentation and a wide variety of approaches is encouraged.
