Alpha Phi Omega - SERVICE
APO's third and primary principal is service.
We rea dedicated to service in four main areas:
- Service to the Eta Lambda Chapter
- Service to the UW-Eau Claire Campus
- Service to the Eau Claire Community
- Service to the Nation
Some of Eta Lambda's service projects include:
- Serve food to kids at the Boys and Girls Club of the Greater Chippewa Valley each week
- Write letters to soldiers stationed overseas through AdoptAPlatoon each week
- Assist with local Habitat for Humanity projects
- Regularly spend time walking dogs at the Eau Claire County Humane Association
- Participate annually in Relay for Life for the American Cancer Society
- Host the American Red Cross on campus for a blood drive each semester
- Many more fun, helpful activities
