Alpha Phi Omega - LEADERSHIP
APO's first principal is leadership. membership in APO offers many leadership opportunities.
APO LEADS is a leadership development program offered at sectional, regional, and national conferences which are hosted yearly across the country. The program contains five modules; Launch Explore, Achieve, Discover and Serve. The modules are designed to develope skills applicable in participants chapters, future careers, and lives.
APO also offers leadership opportunities through Chapter Positions. Eta Lambda chapter members have the opportunity to run for any of our semester or year-long positions within the chapter. Finally, members are invited and encouraged to come up with and run their own projects.
