When you are a member of APO, you can always count on your brothers to have your back because APO's second cardinal principal is friendship.
Although we are a service fraternity, we are also brothers, and Eta Lambda takes brotherhood seriously, we believe that you can better serve when you work cooperatively.
Some of Eta Lambda's favorite fellowship activities include:
In order to help all active members and pledges become acquainted Eta Lambda has a big sib/little sib system. each new pledge is paired with an active who will act as their "big sib" for the semester. Big sibs are responsible for fostering their little sibs into APO by periodically hanging out with them, helping them get involved in activities, and answering any questions they have about pledging or active membership in APO.
Families are small groups comprised of active members and pledges and are another avenue for everyone to get to know their brothers on a deeper level. Families are also used to divide activities like house cup, scavenger hunts, and jeopardy into teams.
