The president conducts meetings and continually encourages other students to get involved in AMA. Additionally, he/she oversees other organization activities to help keep things on track. Position-specific responsibilities: keep in contact with faculty advisor about AMA events, work with Vice Presidnet on long term goals, track the events that VP's and Directors are attending, and maintain close ties with faculty and alumni.

The Vice President assists all organizational efforts along with the President. He/she helps recruit new members and promotes AMA on campus. Additionally, he/she assists all directors on major projects. Position-specific responsibilities: work with President on long-term goals, update and maintain the AMA Web site, and create a resume book to give to speakers at General Meetings.

The VP-Administration is responsible for all internal communication among the organization. He/she works closely with the President and Vice President to monitor organizational progress. Position-specific responsibilities: regularly e-mail Directors and General Members about current information and activities, plan and organize the faculty breakfast, and set up and prepare materials for all meetings (nametags, agendas, etc.)

The VP-Finance is responsible for the financial activities of the organization. He/she regularly balances the checkbook and keeps track of expenditures. Additionally, the VP-Finance assists with organizing the Fun Run. He/she oversees the Directors of Corporate Sponsorship, Events, and Fundraising. Position-specific responsibilities: balance the checkbook, reimburse members for organizational expenses, and monitor and help Directors involved in the Fun Run.

The VP-Activities coordinates nearly all activities and events throughout the semester. He/she oversees three Director positions and assists them when necessary. The positions include Community Service, Entertainment, and Market Research. Position-specific responsibilities: organize semester activities (i.e. director retreat, hayride, semi-formal, progressive dinner, socials, etc.), and brainstorm other possible activities for the future.

The VP-Membership helps create and maintain membership of students in the organization. He/she has three Director positions to oversee and assist. These positions are Alumni Relations, Incentives, and Membership. Position-specific responsibilities: plan the open house each semester, organize new member dinner, explain membership to general members and collect dues, and increase membership throughout the year.

The VP-Communications works at providing knowledgeable and interesting speakers for General Meetings. He/she works with two Director positions and assists them when needed. These positions include Career Consulting and Public Relations. Position-specific responsibilities: contact and schedule professional speakers for General Meetings, purchase gifts/gift certificates for speakers, and reserve all meeting, event, and booth locations for AMA.
