AIMS
AIMS (Affordable Integrated Marketing Solutions), started in 2010 by former AMA member Brad Cebulski, is a program designed to integrate members in AMA with small businesses in the area. The program strives to develop relationships in the community by having members work with businesses on projects such as full marketing plans, questionnaires, or any other marketing services necessary in order to expand. AIMS offers all members in AMA an opportunity to participate and gain experience in a real world setting.
Past Projects:
AIMS has done work with KB’s EZ season salt. AIMS assisted KB in conducting a marketing plan to help expand a new product to their consumer market.
Current Projects:
This semester, AIMS has worked with Just Local Foods, a local organic grocery store. Members collaborated with the organization to come up with a questionnaire. In addtion to this, AIMS is excited to start work on plans to market the university's Virtual Writing Lab. It is also getting a start into the marketplace of women's hockey stick's. Appointments and meetings have been set up for the end of this semester with additional business opportunities.
All profits from AIMS gain revenue for AMA’s University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire chapter and the club’s involvement in AMA’s Annual International Collegiate Conference in March in New Orleans, LA. For more information, contact Patrick Connelly at connelpj@uwec.edu.
