Varsity Night Live!
7 p.m. | Zorn Arena
Variety show featuring the talents of UWEau Claire
students and hosted by Kelly Taylor, who has the
physical attributes of a high school quarterback
and the comedic commitment of Jerry Lewis.
Saturday, Oct. 4
Parade
10 a.m. | First Avenue
BLUGOLD FEVER FEST
11 a.m. | Carson Park
Join other alumni for pregame food and
entertainment.
Football game
1 p.m. | Carson Park
Blugolds vs. UW-Oshkosh
Halftime entertainment by the Blugold Marching Band.
The fifth quarter
4 p.m. | Carson Park
After the game, join the Blugold Marching Band and the HGT Band for a rocking good time at the postgame party in the park! Enjoy great snacks and beverages, and revel in Blugold fun and camaraderie.
Group reunions/events:
The following groups are planning Homecoming 2008 reunions and events.
Nursing Alumni Homecoming Walk, 8-10 a.m., Nursing Building. Registration starts at 7:30 a.m., with the walk across and around campus beginning at 8 a.m. Continental breakfast and a door prize drawing will follow at 8:30 a.m. Visit the nursing Web site for details and registration form.
9th Annual Blugold Swimming & Diving Alumni Meet, 1:00 p.m., McPhee Pool. Registration will be 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., warm-ups will begin at 11:30 a.m., alumni meetwill start at 1 p.m. Visit the Blugold Athletics web site for details and registration form.
