Single Parent Scholarship Program


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicants must be a single custodial parent currently enrolled at UW-Eau Claire.
  • Be in good academic standing.
  • Have potential for academic and career success.
  • Demonstrate financial need not met by traditional forms of financial assistance.
  • Must have a FAFSA on file in the Financial Aid Office.

All Applicants MUST have a current FAFSA on file.
Preference will be given to students pursuing their first baccalaurate degree.

Amount: Variable, it may be as much as $2,000, depending on available funds.
Application Deadline: December 1st for Spring Awards & April 1st for Fall Awards.
Award Notification: December 1st announcements will be made in Mid-January and April 1st announcements will be made in Mid-June.
