National Student Exchange
From Alaska’s beauty to cosmopolitan New York, each
year about 50 UW-Eau Claire students expand the boundaries of their
university by spending part or all of the academic year attending
school in another state.
Opportunities and adventures are available at nearly 190 NSE colleges and universities located in 49 states,
as well as the Virgin Islands, Guam, Canada and Puerto Rico. Through
this learning option, students experience the diversity
of people, culture and geography while being part of an exciting

International/multicultural immersion
At UW-Eau Claire it's a priority to provide our students with meaningful, boundary-crossing multicultural immersion experiences.
