| Ray and Valeria Moullet Scholarship Fund | This scholarship will be awarded to an outstanding graduate of Bloomer High School who shows great potential for success and a passion for learning. The applicant must write an essay explaining their academic and career aspirations and how this scholarship makes their education possible from a financial perspective.
