Sorority Formal Recruitment
September 10-13, 2009
Registration Fee:
$15 before August 14 (includes t-shirt with size guarantee)
$20 after August 14 (includes a t-shirt; size not guaranteed)
Sorority Formal Recruitment is hosted by the Panhellenic Council and is a great way to meet women from all three National Panhellenice Conference (NPC) chapters on campus. Formal recruitment is an excellent way to begin building your new network of college friends and to explore all the sorority life has to offer at UW-Eau Claire.
Formal Recruitment is conducted through means of a mutual selection process. At the end of the second round of events, recruitment guests will priority rank in order the chapters they would most like to see again. Likewise, the chapters issue invitations back to the recruitment guests they most wish to see again. Immediately following the last preference party, preference card signing will be explained to all recruitment guests.

Thursday, September 10 – Sisterhood and Scholarship Day
6:00 p.m.

Event length: 30 minutes
What to wear: Nice jeans or khakis (no holes, please); nice top or blouse
Friday, September 11 – Philanthropy Day
5:00 p.m.

Event length: 40 minutes
What to wear: Nice jeans or khakis (no holes, please); nice top or blouse
Saturday, September 12 – Preference Day
2:00 p.m.

Event length: 75 minutes
What to wear: Dark skirt or dress
Sunday, September 13 – Bid Day
12:15 p.m.
