"If you’ve never seen the MSO, go. No matter what
your taste in music, classical music is the foundation
for it all. You’ll hear something that you like and no
matter who the composer, one piece will always move you."
- Jeff Sherman at onmilwaukee.com
The Artists Series welcomes the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra back to Zorn Arena for the first time since 1998.
Acclaimed since its inception for artistic excellence, the MSO continues to reach new heights under the baton
of the organization’s fifth music director, Andreas Delfs. Made up of 86 professional musicians, MSO — the largest cultural organization in Wisconsin — is considered one of the finest orchestras in the country.
MSO’s 26 years of nationally syndicated radio broadcasts rank among the nation’s largest collections. The orchestra is heard on over 240 stations throughout the United States each year. The program will include
Berlioz - Roman Carnival Overture, Mozart - Symphony No. 41, and Tchaikovsky - Symphony No. 5.
