Have a wide range of scientific interests? Caring about the environment and conservation goes hand in hand with many of the sciences. The environmental science minor complements many majors and can contribute to a skill set that prepares you for careers in everything from from horticulture to meteorology, or from environmental law to sanitation. Conserving our natural resources is a big job, and one that you can prepare for well at UW-Eau Claire.
This multidisciplinary liberal arts minor is created primarily for Arts and Sciences students with interests in the environmental sciences and conservation of biological diversity. The minor emphasizes the study of environmental issues and techniques, ecology and conservation, and water and earth resources.
