An Introduction to Hmong Studies
Guest Speaker: Dr. Mark E. Pfeifer
To introduce the concept of "Hmong Studies" and share the recent development in Eau Claire and the United States, five UWEC panelists and Dr. Mark E. Pheifer, all of whom have worked closely with the Hmong community, talked about their research, teaching, and/or service activities. They discussed the rewards of being involved in Hmong studies for people with diverse cultural backgrounds.
