Committees

(Meets as necessary as directed by Women’s Studies Coordinator. Reports to Women’s Studies Committee).

Membership: Sub-committee of Women’s Studies Committee consisting of five members serving staggered terms of from one to three years. Chaired by the WMNS coordinator.

Charge:

Serve as consultants to the Women’s Studies Coordinator on the development, implementation, and review of Women’s Studies programming and initiatives. Recommend the creation of ad hoc committees as necessary.
Review the Women’s Studies minor every three years.
Select one of its own members to represent the coordinator at UW-Women’s Studies Consortium meetings or on the UW-Eau Claire Commission on the Status of Women in the event the coordinator is unable to attend.
